Yes, you are free to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your virtual assistant service subscription
with no obligations. Just send us an email at
assistme@247virtualassistant.com, and we will process your request in no time.
You will receive a task report every day. You will also be provided a login credentials to our
admin portal, where you can generate a daily, weekly, or monthly task report to see how the
hours are utilized.
No, there is no one time registration or processing charges of any kind when you sign up for our
virtual assistant services. You only pay the subscription charges as per the plan you choose.
Yes, we do provide virtual assistant services in an hourly rate. The rate for hourly services is
$15 per hour. However, we encourage our clients to take advantage of our monthly plans with
hourly rates as low as $15 per hour, yet your wish is our command.
You don't need to worry at all. The virtual assistant assigned to you will notify you if you are
about to go over your hours. You can buy additional hours at $15 per hour, or you can just ask
your virtual assistant to renew your account when you go over, regardless of your renewal date.
We are eager to see you grow with us by working together. Hence we follow a rollover of 25% of
the unused hours to the next month.
The complete power of subscription and unsubscribing is with youself. You can unsubscribe
anytime by emailing or calling us before your next billing cycle begins.
Yes you can. Our business plans are configured to allow multiple users to be set up in a single
virtual assistant subscription, but within the allotted monthly hours in the plan.

We also accept direct payment by check, PayPal or bank transfer.
