You will receive a task report every day. You will also be provided a login credentials to our admin portal, where you can generate a daily, weekly, or monthly task report to see how the hours are utilized.

No, there is no one time registration or processing charges of any kind when you sign up for our virtual assistant services. You only pay the subscription charges as per the plan you choose.

Yes, we do provide virtual assistant services in an hourly rate. The rate for hourly services is $15 per hour. However, we encourage our clients to take advantage of our monthly plans with hourly rates as low as $15 per hour, yet your wish is our command.

You don't need to worry at all. The virtual assistant assigned to you will notify you if you are about to go over your hours. You can buy additional hours at $15 per hour, or you can just ask your virtual assistant to renew your account when you go over, regardless of your renewal date.
